About the Role

• Mentor junior staff and support team development. • Attend project meetings and resolve technical or administrative issues. • Interface daily with clients and maintain a client database. • Manage project budgets, prepare change orders and invoices, and assist with collections. • Schedule, train, and oversee subordinate staff members. • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and coordinate weekly priorities with supervisor. • Manage multiple environmental projects, providing technical support. • Prepare proposals and change orders. • Draft environmental reports, perform analyses, and offer recommendations for senior review. • Review deliverables from staff before senior and principal submission. • Host or attend client project discussions and address follow‑up questions. • Conduct Phase I ESAs under supervisor direction per ASTM standards. • Initiate project setup, conduct site reconnaissance, prepare reports, and coordinate closeout with the Project Principal. • Produce technically accurate written work, using industry terminology and proofreading independently. • Develop and manage new client relationships. • Independently manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What You Bring

• Complete internal Phase I ESA training. • Hold a B.S. or M.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering, related engineering, natural science, or geology. • Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience. • Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license preferred. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of environmental principles and applications. • Understand permitting processes, regulations, and test methods. • Be able to lift 40 lb occasionally and walk on uneven terrain.
