What You Bring
Premier Credit Firm is seeking a highly motivated credit professional for the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) team as an Associate Director. Responsible for a wide range of projects including transaction execution, including conducting credit analysis, presenting analysis to conduit, single-borrower, CRE CLO, single-family rental, and other types of CMBS transactions. • 3-5 years of CRE debt underwriting or CMBS securitization experience • Experience with Conducting property, loan and transaction level credit analysis • Credit / underwriting experience across multiple CRE property types • Bachelor’s degree
