About the Role
The Laborer provides manual labor on construction and plant operation sites, delivering high‑quality work while maintaining safety and productivity. The role supports the preparation and availability of materials, tools, and equipment and seeks continuous improvement through learning and feedback. • Perform general clean‑up • Dig footings with hand tools • Load and unload materials • Strip concrete forms • Operate power tools such as vibrators, compactors, jackhammers, or chipping guns • Clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support excavation sides, and remove rubble and debris • Assist other craft workers as needed

What You Bring
Safety awareness is essential; the Laborer must understand site hazards, correctly operate hand and power tools, and follow all safety protocols.
