About the Role
The role is based at the waste‑disposal site in Sawyer, ND, working Monday through Friday with set shifts (6:30 am‑3:30 pm Monday‑Thursday; 6:30 am‑1 pm on Friday) to ensure financial stability and work‑life balance. As a Heavy Equipment Operator III you will operate bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders at one of WM’s recycling facilities serving over 20 million customers, performing a vital function that directly supports the company’s operations and safety standards. The position requires adherence to strict safety procedures, routine equipment inspections, and preventative maintenance, while also handling raw materials and finished components using material‑moving equipment. • Operate bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders following safety policies. • Perform routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance; keep accurate records. • Move and position raw materials and finished components using material‑moving equipment. • Follow standard operating procedures for vehicle operation and maintenance.

What You Bring
