About the Role
The Field Recruiter owns full‑cycle, high‑volume recruiting across Renuity’s field operations. This role works closely with hiring managers and regional leaders to deliver talent that directly impacts business performance and growth. Key responsibilities include end‑to‑end recruitment for field roles, sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and networks, and managing pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified talent. The recruiter gathers interview feedback, advises hiring teams on selections, and provides a transparent, timely candidate experience at every stage. Maintaining accurate data in the ATS, following standardized processes, and seeking efficiency improvements are also essential. The recruiter supports hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives, and holds accountability for hiring timelines, outcomes, and quality within assigned business areas. Collaboration within the talent acquisition team drives continuous improvement and shared success. • Own full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume field positions, from requisition to offer acceptance. • Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to define staffing needs and hiring priorities. • Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks. • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate ATS data. • Deliver consistent, transparent communication to all candidates throughout the process. • Gather and synthesize interview feedback to guide selection decisions. • Identify and implement process efficiencies and stay current on recruiting best practices. • Support hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives. • Meet hiring timelines, quality metrics, and overall talent acquisition goals.

What You Bring
We prefer candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field and 1–3 years of talent acquisition experience in a high‑volume environment. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, high organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting are required. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and experience using ATS/HRIS systems (Ashby, ADP a plus) is essential. • Require 1–3 years of high‑volume recruiting experience and a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field. • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to professionalism. • Exhibit high organization, detail‑orientation, and effective time‑management. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experienced with ATS/HRIS systems (Ashby, ADP preferred).
