Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. They assess customers’ storage needs, recommend solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily duties include inspecting storage units to verify inventory and availability, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and handling payment reminders and collection calls. • Assess customer storage needs and sell packing/moving supplies • Inspect storage units daily to ensure inventory and availability • Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits • Conduct payment reminder and collection calls • Lift/move items up to 35 lb and work up to 50% of time outdoors, including stairs and large doors • Perform cleaning and routine maintenance of interior and exterior areas

What You Bring

Physical requirements include the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb and to spend up to half of the workday walking around facilities, climbing stairs, and opening large doors. Managers also perform cleaning and routine maintenance, such as sweeping, mopping interior spaces, and keeping exterior grounds clear of debris. Candidates should have experience in customer‑service‑oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or fast‑food operations.
