About the Role
The IT Support Technician provides outstanding service to Bergelectric end‑users, delivering user training, fulfilling service requests, and managing incidents. This role ensures effective technical assistance across the organization. • Provide technical support and assistance to end‑users. • Communicate with users via ticketing system and email. • Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently. • Deploy, troubleshoot, and manage multi‑function printers. • Deploy, troubleshoot, and manage mobile devices.

What You Bring
The position is primarily sedentary but may require light to moderate lifting, reaching, stooping, or kneeling to install computer equipment and related hardware. • Support Windows 10 environment. • High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. • 2+ years experience in technical support. • A+ and Network+ certifications preferred. • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. • Experience with iOS and Android devices in an MDM environment. • Experience administering Office 365, Windows 10, VPN solutions, and enterprise networks. • Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
