About the Role

• Observe and document field activities related to construction processes. • Sample, test, and inspect soils, aggregates, concrete, grout, masonry, asphalt, and structural steel placement. • Perform calculations, data reduction of test results, and draft reports. • Use field screening equipment and document readings. • Read maps, follow directions, and interpret engineering and construction plans. • Interact and communicate daily with contractors, technicians, and project managers. • Serve as the sole representative of ECS on project sites. • Provide suitable transportation for job sites (mileage reimbursed).

What You Bring

• Pursue a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field. • Carry 40–70 lb repeatedly and occasionally lift up to 85 lb to waist height.
