About the Role
The Regal Business Systems (RBS) Specialist supports the RBS Site Leader in driving operational excellence across the site by applying Regal Business System tools and methodologies. This role focuses on the SQDCG pillars—safety, quality, delivery, cost competitiveness, and growth—to enhance both top‑line revenue and bottom‑line profitability. Operating at the Gemba, the specialist acts as a leader, coach, and hands‑on practitioner, overseeing the entire quote‑to‑cash value chain for all revenue streams. They help shape the site’s continuous improvement roadmap and guide its execution, leveraging lean tools such as Visual Management, 6S, TPM, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and PDCA cycles. Key duties include supporting Model Value Stream planning, creating A3 problem‑solving documents, and assisting management with policy deployment, KPI development, and action planning. The specialist also manages the Kaizen portfolio, ensures events are planned and sustained, and provides master‑level RBS training while serving as a change agent to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. • Drive operational excellence using Regal Business System tools across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth. • Lead and coach Gemba teams through the full quote‑to‑cash value chain. • Develop and execute the site continuous improvement roadmap. • Implement and sustain lean tools such as Visual Management, 6S, TPM, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and PDCA cycles. • Facilitate Model Value Stream planning, A3 problem‑solving, and policy deployment. • Manage the Kaizen portfolio, plan events, and ensure sustained results. • Provide master‑level RBS training and act as a change agent to improve performance. • Build problem‑solving capability and support leadership development programs. • Lead cross‑functional projects and support other Regal Rexnord businesses in RBS implementation.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a B.S. degree in a STEM field, business, or operations (or possess equivalent experience) and have at least three years of experience in manufacturing, continuous improvement, or related areas. Desired qualifications include familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, RBS or TPS, strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, and the ability to analyze problems and drive collaborative solutions. • Required: B.S. in STEM, Business or Operations (or equivalent) and 3+ years of manufacturing/continuous improvement experience. • Desired: Lean Manufacturing, RBS or TPS experience; strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
