About the Role

The engineer will assist in planning and coordinating subcontractor activities, monitor personnel for compliance and quality, and support the supervision of construction trades. They will also enforce field policies, uphold the AECOM Tishman safety program, and maintain accurate project documentation using control systems. • Assist in planning and coordinating subcontractor activities. • Monitor subcontractor personnel to ensure project plan adherence and quality control. • Support oversight of construction trades within assigned areas. • Enforce field policies, procedures, and safety program requirements. • Update drawings, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and other project documents using control systems. • Interface with clients, architects, and design professionals to verify design intent and satisfaction. • Foster communication among field management, project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors. • Continuously expand professional knowledge and training skills.
