Architect - Assistant Manager

About the Role

The role supervises daily activities of the business design management plan and ensures its effectiveness in meeting business, statutory, legal, and contractual requirements on projects. You will deliver elements of the annual business plan on time and within budget, develop relationships with internal stakeholders, present design review data and KPIs to leadership, support operational delivery of regional strategy, contribute to business development, ensure compliance with the management system, manage a small team, assist with management reviews, and work towards net‑zero carbon transition. • Supervise daily activities of the business design management plan to meet statutory, legal and contractual requirements. • Deliver elements of the annual business plan on time and within budget. • Develop relationships with internal stakeholders. • Present design review data and KPIs to project and sub‑function leadership. • Support operational delivery of regional strategy. • Contribute to business development and work‑winning activities. • Ensure adherence to the management system and defined project roles and responsibilities. • Manage a small team, coordinating work, providing performance management, coaching and development. • Assist with management reviews by collating, analysing and presenting key metrics. • Collaborate on net‑zero carbon transition by identifying and managing carbon emissions and reductions.
