About the Role

The Project Manager II role at QISG is responsible for overseeing all aspects of design‑build and engineer‑procure‑construct (EPC) projects. This includes managing the prime contract, coordinating engineering, design, procurement, scheduling, and construction teams, and supervising field operations and subcontractor performance. Key duties involve leading integrated DB/EPC teams from project inception through close‑out, administering contracts and purchase orders, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance, and providing regular performance reporting. The PM II also handles procurement oversight, schedule development, value engineering, audit reporting, dispute mitigation, and mentorship of junior staff. • Lead design‑build/EPC teams from inception through project close‑out. • Administer prime contract, subcontract agreements, and purchase orders. • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and customer requirements. • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and progress payment reports. • Oversee procurement activities, subcontractor scope definition, and invoice approvals. • Conduct audits, inspections, and manage Requests for Information (RFIs). • Mentor junior staff and coordinate communication with customers and stakeholders.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering or a related field, or possess equivalent experience, with at least eight years of construction project management experience—preferably on power delivery DB/EPC projects. Required skills include strong problem‑solving, team building, communication, organizational abilities, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office. • 8+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in power delivery. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent. • Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office; strong analytical skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication, team‑building, and organizational abilities.
