About the Role
The Recruiter will manage end‑to‑end hiring for all levels and disciplines, partnering with hiring managers to source, screen, interview and move candidates through an Applicant Tracking System and other recruiting tools. The role focuses on building a strong talent pipeline, maintaining long‑term candidate relationships, and delivering high‑caliber talent while supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives. • Manage full‑cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions, prioritizing urgent roles. • Partner with hiring managers to provide clear communication and schedule intake and recruitment meetings. • Collaborate with the recruitment coordinator to post job requisitions and arrange interviews. • Review, screen, and assess candidate CVs for technical abilities and soft skills. • Source and build strong candidate pipelines using job boards, networking, career fairs and professional organizations. • Guide candidates through the hiring process, convey the employer brand, and log detailed notes in the ATS. • Extend offers and coordinate reference checks with minimal supervision. • Seek continuous feedback from managers to improve recruitment processes. • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring lifecycle. • Perform administrative tasks such as interview scheduling, documentation, job postings, and requisition tracking. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities when applicable.

What You Bring
• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting or sourcing experience. • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience can substitute. • Demonstrates high emotional intelligence and strong relationship‑building skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with an applicant tracking system. • Proven success in consistently placing quality candidates. • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Proactive mindset with a focus on learning and improving recruitment efficiency.
