About the Role

The Leasing Consultant is accountable for leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property, requiring daily on‑site presence, showings, lease execution, lead follow‑up, and administrative support, as well as handling resident complaints and supporting retention programs. • Show and lease prospective residents, qualify applicants, and complete lease paperwork. • Generate and follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and maintain model units. • Track prospect traffic and respond to inquiries within 24 hours. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and meet leasing goals. • Perform lease audits, unit walkthroughs, and turnover processes. • Address resident complaints, requests, and ensure satisfaction. • Support resident retention through events, promotions, and newsletters. • Assist with the annual marketing plan and conduct weekly market surveys. • Provide excellent customer service and monitor service‑request response times. • Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor. • Maintain accurate leasing data and perform general office upkeep.

What You Bring

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA regulations, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions, overtime, weekends, and night hours.
