About the Role
The Senior Project Engineer supports the Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager throughout the construction lifecycle, from pre‑construction to close‑out. Responsibilities include coordinating tasks, managing documentation such as RFIs and submittals, tracking budgets, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and facilitating communication among clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Key duties involve planning and scheduling, overseeing site activities, handling financial processes, and generating progress reports. The role requires proactive problem‑solving to keep projects on schedule and within budget while maintaining high standards of execution. • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets; coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and team members. • Manage and distribute project documents such as RFIs, submittals, drawings, meeting minutes, and as‑builts. • Track costs, manage budgets, process payments, and handle change orders. • Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, ensure quality standards, and enforce safety compliance. • Serve as liaison between the project manager, clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors; facilitate meetings. • Identify and troubleshoot project issues, providing resolutions. • Prepare progress reports for management and clients.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and possess eight to ten years of relevant construction or project management experience. Technical proficiency includes construction software, MS Office, MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD, complemented by strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. • 8–10 years of construction/project management experience. • Proficiency with construction software, MS Office, MS‑Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD. • Strong communication, organizational, detail‑oriented, multitasking, problem‑solving, and pressure‑handling skills.
