About the Role
As a Heavy Equipment Operator II you will operate bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders at one of our recycling facilities serving over 20 million customers. The role requires strict adherence to safety procedures and contributes directly to the efficiency of our waste‑disposal operations. • Operate bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders per safety policies • Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance, maintaining accurate records • Move and position raw materials and finished components using material‑moving equipment • Follow standard operating procedures for vehicle operation and maintenance

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least three years of heavy‑equipment operating experience, be 18 years or older, and be legally authorized to work in the United States. Successful applicants will also pass a pre‑employment drug screen and physical, and be able to meet the physical demands of the job. The work environment involves a shop or field setting with exposure to dirt, odors, noise, and weather extremes for most of the day. Employees need good motor coordination, occasional lifting of objects under 30 lb, and may encounter low‑frequency occupational risks such as cuts or burns.
