About the Role

The role involves identifying client needs and expectations, including upcoming major projects, and communicating those needs to the appropriate internal teams. It also requires obtaining client feedback on work performance and facilitating process improvements as needed. Additionally, the individual works directly with the client to address and resolve issues related to scope changes, service quality, cost, or schedule. The successful candidate coordinates the preparation of proposals for client work by collaborating with Discipline Engineering Managers and Account Managers to define project scope, approach, technical assumptions, staffing, schedule, and pricing. Key activities include monitoring the status of ongoing projects—budget, schedule, scope changes—and reviewing deliverables against client expectations. Participation in weekly schedule meetings and preparation of monthly status reports are also required. The candidate ensures contractual requirements are met, resolves contractual issues, initiates contract modifications, and facilitates payment for services. Responsibilities include reviewing, approving, and correcting invoices related to project work.
