About the Role

The role involves maintaining and operating a range of machinery, including conventional, special‑purpose, and CNC equipment such as grinders, drills, and presses. The employee will select appropriate processes, follow prescribed rules, and seek supervisor guidance for non‑routine issues. • Operate assigned CNC, conventional, and special‑purpose machines including grinders, drills, saws, resistance welders, brake presses and mechanical power presses. • Meet production targets while maintaining a clean and safe work area. • Pack finished materials, load/unload dunnage, and verify workpiece specifications. • Complete process monitoring and production ticket documentation accurately. • Start machines, monitor operation, troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions during the shift. • Follow safety procedures, use safety features, and apply basic math and measurement skills.

What You Bring

Work is performed in a comfortable setting but includes exposure to temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noise, and fumes. The job requires intermittent physical exertion such as walking, standing, stooping, lifting heavy or awkward loads (50+ lb), and occasional loading and unloading of materials. A high school diploma or GED is strongly preferred, with 0–2 years of relevant experience; 1–3 years is ideal. Candidates must be able to read safety procedures, use basic math and measurement tools, and follow all safety features and equipment. • Possess a high school diploma/GED and 0–2 years of relevant experience (1–3 years preferred).
