About the Role

Oracle DevOps Fusion PTP Procurement Leads act as the single point of contact for this functional value stream, overseeing all development and support activities across multiple Oracle Fusion instances within JCI. • Lead development and support of Fusion procurement processes. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve system performance and reliability. • Implement DevOps practices to streamline development, testing, and deployment. • Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime post‑go‑live. • Stay current with Fusion technologies and DevOps tools for continuous improvement. • Mentor functional and technical team members, providing guidance to junior staff. • Manage project timelines and stakeholder expectations. • Conduct system configurations, testing, and user training. • Analyse Fusion enhancements, change requests, and support activities. • Plan, prioritize, and capacity‑plan backlog work with BPO/GPO and Solution Architects. • Coordinate with other value‑stream leads to resolve integration issues. • Schedule, review, and approve production deployments with Global Release leaders. • Optimize enhancement and support ticket backlogs and drive automation to reduce tickets. • Follow JCI’s Major Incident Management process for critical issues (P1/P2). • Report value‑stream KPIs to Global and Regional DevOps Leaders.

What You Bring

We are seeking an experienced Oracle DevOps Fusion Procure to Pay Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Procure to Pay modules and strong knowledge of DevOps methodologies, and will lead cross‑functional discussions with business users to analyse requirements, propose solutions, and recommend best practices. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent. • 10+ years consulting/industry experience, including 5+ years with Oracle Cloud Fusion modules (Purchasing, Self‑Service Procurement, Supplier Portal, Inventory, Order Management, Accounts Payable). • Expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement (PTP) functional configuration and ERP solutions. • Experience with EDI implementations (e.g., EDI‑850, 810, 832, 855) and drop‑shipment processes. • At least 1 year of production support for Cloud applications. • Ability to write SQL‑based reports for troubleshooting. • Strong understanding of cloud integration (FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs). • Proficient with Office 365 suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Visio, SharePoint). • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical abilities, self‑motivated, positive attitude, and ability to prioritize in high‑pressure environments. • Oracle Cloud certifications. • Experience with Agile methodologies. • Knowledge of additional Oracle modules. • Familiarity with Jira, Panaya, ServiceNow, and Power BI for project tracking, testing, incident management, and reporting.
