About the Role

The Head of Client Services leads project management efforts with account and client leadership to ensure all deliverables meet SLA and KPI standards. The role also helps define both immediate and long‑term client objectives for office space needs and creates cost‑effective strategies to achieve those goals. In this position, the incumbent directs the development of new and ongoing projects across a designated region or account, collaborating closely with national and account directors on staffing and client relationships. Responsibilities include preparing detailed project reports, facilitating meetings to resolve design issues, selecting interior architects, evaluating sites, and advising on base building and interior management while monitoring design, budget, and schedule from the client’s perspective. The role also refines and promotes client‑focused project management services, ensures adherence to corporate policies and regulations, maintains high performance standards, and oversees portfolio capital‑expenditure planning and resource scheduling. • Lead development and management of new and existing projects within assigned region or account. • Collaborate with National/Account Director on staffing, future projects, and client relationships. • Prepare project reports, lead meetings with owners and teams, and resolve design development issues. • Select interior architects, advise clients on recommendations, and evaluate sites against program requirements. • Advise on base building and interior project management; monitor design, budget, and schedule from client perspective. • Refine and promote Client Solutions Project Management services to meet client needs. • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulations, and maintain high performance standards. • Set goals, manage and develop subordinates, provide training and performance appraisals. • Manage portfolio CapEx planning and coordinate internal, external, and client resources.
