About the Role

The position supports a team that delivers power‑generation solutions safely across the Americas. Responsibilities include assisting Project Managers with schedule follow‑up, project reporting, management updates, and maintaining various tracking documents. The role also monitors customer‑specific targets such as timelines, responsibility matrices, quality and performance metrics. Key duties involve collaborating with Project Managers from order initiation through project close‑out to ensure delivery within agreed timelines, quality, cost, and safety parameters. The incumbent will prepare concise status reports, help refine execution processes, and act as a liaison among sales, systems engineering, and other internal departments. A focus on compliance with the Rolls‑Royce Code of Conduct and promotion of a strong safety culture is essential. • Support Project Managers from order initiation to project close‑out. • Ensure projects meet timelines, quality, cost targets and safety standards. • Prepare and deliver project status reports covering schedule, budget, risks and tasks. • Develop and improve project execution processes in collaboration with PMs. • Coordinate with Sales and Systems Engineering to capture new product concepts. • Maintain accurate project reporting documents and tracking sheets. • Promote compliance with the Rolls‑Royce Code of Conduct and a strong safety culture.

What You Bring

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Business, or possess four years of relevant customer‑support experience. Preferred qualifications include proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, strong customer‑centric communication, ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions, and knowledge of fuel cells, BESS, electrical principles, RICE, construction management, and tools such as BIM360 or Procor. • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or 4 years relevant experience. • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and MS Project. • Strong customer‑centric mindset and communication skills. • Ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions. • Knowledge of fuel cells, BESS, electrical principles (AC/DC), RICE, and construction management. • Experience leading multi‑functional project teams and using BIM360 or Procor.
