About the Role
As a Front Desk Agent you will ensure every interaction with an owner or guest is positive from arrival to departure. The role involves handling reservations, payments, safety deposit boxes, and providing local information while maintaining privacy and security. • Ensure accurate charges and credit are posted and collect payment • Handle credit card and cash transactions and balance cash postings • Issue safety deposit boxes and control room keys while maintaining privacy, security, and confidentiality • Receive housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contact appropriate departmental personnel • Prepare and restock front desk supplies, including arrival packets • Provide information on area attractions and resort amenities

What You Bring
• Minimum 6 months front desk/guest services experience • High school diploma or equivalent • Proficient English verbal and written communication • Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and meet organizational demands • Prior credit card transaction and data entry experience • Ability to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays • Ability to work full 8‑hour shifts while walking/standing • Preferred: bilingual ability
