About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for plumbing, electrical, access-control, and HVAC maintenance, as well as any other duties assigned by the Facilities Supervisor. We are looking for a professional who can take initiative, anticipate problems before they occur, and communicate effectively with clients. • Perform routine building maintenance including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and related systems. • Conduct plumbing, electrical, access-control, and HVAC repairs and preventive maintenance. • Identify and address potential issues proactively to prevent equipment failures. • Follow directives from the Facilities Supervisor and complete assigned tasks. • Participate in ABM’s comprehensive benefits program.

What You Bring

This full-time, non-exempt hourly position reports to the Facilities Supervisor. • Communicate clearly with clients and team members.
