What You Bring

Mustang Cat looks for candidates with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering or a related field and at least three years of experience in gas compression, oil & gas, or heavy equipment. Successful applicants will have strong knowledge of engine principles, proven sales and customer service achievements, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, organized and solution‑oriented. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 3+ years experience in gas compression, oil & gas, or heavy equipment. • Strong knowledge of engine principles. • Proven sales and customer service success. • Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Self‑motivated, organized and solution‑oriented.
