About the Role
In this role, the director will establish program requirements, develop execution and safety plans, act as the primary liaison with the client and subcontractors, negotiate scope changes, and collaborate with business development and regulatory agencies to secure additional work and meet compliance. • Define and monitor program requirements for all project areas. • Develop and oversee Project Execution, Health & Safety, and QA/QC plans. • Represent Parsons with clients and subcontractors during execution. • Negotiate scope changes with clients and key subcontractors. • Partner with Business Development to market and secure additional work. • Engage regulatory agencies and attend public meetings on behalf of the client. • Create and distribute project summaries for team reference. • Provide direction to ensure on‑schedule, on‑budget delivery per contractual obligations. • Mobilize resources to build effective project teams. • Collaborate on qualifications for key positions with profit center managers. • Coordinate with facilities staff to meet project space needs. • Develop budgets, schedules, and plans with managers, engineers, and discipline leads. • Implement action plans to address cost overruns, delays, or scope changes. • Promote technical and commercial excellence through QA processes. • Report progress, milestones, and cost/schedule impacts to management. • Conduct weekly status meetings to review project health and assign action items.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, possess over 20 years of progressive experience delivering large‑scale infrastructure projects, demonstrate advanced leadership and communication skills, and be capable of managing programs exceeding $1 billion in total installed cost.
