About the Role

In this role you will help direct and supervise the field operations crew, manage parts orders, coordinate material deliveries and issue purchase orders, and maintain the company’s safety program. You will also support scheduling, conduct site visits when needed, and build productive relationships with co‑workers, clients, and authorities. Additionally, you will analyze project situations, develop contingency estimates, handle contract administration, billing, payments, RFIs and change‑order opportunities, and perform warehouse, reporting and meeting tasks as required. • Direct and supervise the field operations team under the New Equipment Superintendent. • Order parts and coordinate material deliveries, issuing purchase orders. • Develop and maintain the safety program for new equipment operations. • Support scheduling and local controls for projects. • Conduct site field visits as required. • Build professional relationships with co‑workers, clients, and authorities. • Analyze project situations and develop contingency estimates. • Administer contracts, manage billing, consultant and contractor payments, and process RFIs. • Identify and optimize change‑order opportunities to maximize project cash coverage. • Perform warehouse duties, reporting, and meeting tasks assigned by management.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold at least a high‑school diploma, with a technical diploma, degree, or construction‑management education preferred. Prior experience leading a team or supervising in an industry setting is an asset, as is a valid driver’s licence and a personal vehicle. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong interpersonal and communication skills are also required. • Hold at least a high‑school diploma; technical or construction‑management education preferred. • Possess prior team‑lead or supervisory experience; industry experience is a plus. • Maintain a valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
