About the Role
Join a leading facilities management team in the Thetford and Norwich area as an AC‑biased Mechanical & Electrical Engineer. You will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across a defined portfolio, ensuring top‑quality service delivery and first‑line response to emergencies. The role offers a dynamic field‑based environment with travel between client sites. • Perform planned and reactive maintenance on M&E systems • Diagnose and resolve faults in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations • Provide technical support across multiple sites • Liaise with customers to deliver outstanding service • Support and mentor apprentices and junior engineers

What You Bring
The position requires a valid UK driving licence and includes rotating on‑call duty (one week in four). You will work independently while also supporting and mentoring apprentices and junior engineers, liaising with customers to deliver outstanding service. • Recognised apprenticeship or qualification in M&E services/maintenance • Previous experience in similar role (retail or commercial preferred) • Valid UK driving licence (essential) • Qualifications: 18th Edition, F‑Gas, Test & Inspection • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently • IT proficiency and effective workload management
