About the Role
The position involves planning, laying out, installing, testing and repairing wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus, motors, equipment and control systems in accordance with plans, specifications, codes and industry standards, and may include work in other crafts as directed. • Maintain positive crew relationships and deliver high‑quality, safe work. • Provide feedback to ensure availability of materials, tools and information. • Identify improvement opportunities and eliminate waste (waiting, rework, excess handling). • Share knowledge, mentor others, and apply strong trade mathematics. • Inspect subordinate work for accuracy, compliance with plans and specifications, and correct deficiencies. • Lift and carry items up to 50 lb, climb ladders or scaffolds, and work in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions. • Follow all safety standards, wear required PPE, and perform safety‑sensitive tasks.

What You Bring

Candidates must have three to six plus years of industrial/commercial construction experience, relevant electrician licenses, the ability to read drawings and specifications, and effective verbal and written communication skills. The role demands up to 12‑hour shifts of hard physical work in varying conditions, including climbing, lifting up to 50 lb, frequent use of hand tools, and compliance with all safety standards while wearing personal protective equipment. • Hold 3‑6+ years of industrial/commercial construction experience, appropriate electrician licenses, and ability to read drawings and specifications. • Exhibit effective verbal and written communication skills.
