About the Role
Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside the facilities. Responsibilities include assessing customers' storage needs, recommending and selling packing and moving supplies, conducting daily unit inspections to verify inventory and availability, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and managing payment reminders and collection calls as needed. • Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory accuracy and availability. • Audit cash drawers and process bank deposits. • Make payment reminder and collection calls to keep customers current. • Lift and move items up to 35 lb; spend up to 50% of time walking outdoors. • Perform cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and maintain exterior grounds.

What You Bring
Physical duties require the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb and to spend up to half of the shift walking or standing outdoors, climbing stairs, and opening large doors. Managers also perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and keeping exterior grounds and curb appeal free of debris. Candidates should have prior experience in customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurants, or fast‑food operations. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required for traveling between sites, with mileage reimbursement provided.
