About the Role
The role involves overseeing customer agreements and ensuring satisfaction by planning, executing, documenting, and invoicing service tasks. It also requires maintaining up‑to‑date customer and technical records while providing technical support to customers via phone or email. The incumbent manages service request execution, meets service sales budget targets, schedules work for field service engineers, and aligns activities with performance KPIs. They produce timely technical reports, collaborate with project managers on planning and commissioning schedules, and support high‑profile clients with site visits and technical advice. Additionally, the position serves as an Associate Engineer for 1‑phase/3‑phase UPS, battery backup, and emergency supply systems and maintains liaison with business units on technical issues. Strong communication, customer focus, flexibility, multicultural teamwork, and adherence to instructions are essential. • Update customer information, technical documentation, and ensure correct invoicing. • Assist Service department and sales colleagues with technical knowledge. • Coordinate scheduling and planning of work for Field Service Engineers (FSEs). • Prepare and submit technical reports for each individual job. • Collaborate with Project Managers on project planning and commissioning schedules. • Provide technical advice and attend site visits for high‑profile clients. • Maintain direct links with business units (HPO) regarding technical issues.
