About the Role
The Maintenance Reliability Engineer drives operational excellence by applying efficient technologies and advanced preventive and predictive maintenance to building systems such as HVAC, utilities, lighting, and power, aiming to reduce costs, enhance asset reliability, and improve ROI across the facility site. Day‑to‑day duties include developing and tracking reliability KPIs, administering predictive maintenance programs, creating preventive maintenance plans, conducting root‑cause analyses, collaborating with maintenance teams and clients, and building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to visualize performance. • Develop and track equipment reliability KPIs (planned vs. unplanned work, MTBF, cost metrics, failure rates). • Administer predictive maintenance programs such as infrared thermography, vibration analysis, and oil monitoring. • Create and maintain preventive maintenance plans, review data, and track corrective actions. • Conduct root‑cause analyses on equipment and process failures using methods like 5 Whys and FMEA. • Collaborate with maintenance teams, leadership, and clients to deliver data‑driven recommendations. • Design dashboards and reports in Power BI or Tableau to visualize maintenance performance. • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, and third‑party contractor work. • Develop condition‑based strategies for critical assets (AHUs, chillers, boilers, compressors) to improve uptime.

What You Bring
Required qualifications are a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, at least five years of engineering experience focused on reliability‑centered and predictive maintenance, strong knowledge of HVAC and related systems, and proficiency in root‑cause analysis methods and predictive technologies. Preferred qualifications include expertise with BI tools, CMMS platforms, advanced Excel for large datasets, and experience in regulated environments such as data centers or pharmaceuticals. The role is located on‑site in Creve Coeur, MO, works a day shift, and does not provide visa sponsorship. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. • Minimum 5 years of experience in reliability‑centered and predictive maintenance engineering. • Strong knowledge of HVAC, chiller plants, air compressors, boilers, and preventive maintenance strategies. • Proficient with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), CMMS platforms, and advanced Excel for large datasets.
