About the Role
The Machine Operator sets up, operates, and maintains various machines to produce components according to established procedures and quality standards. The role ensures safe and efficient equipment operation, monitors output, and troubleshoots issues to meet daily production goals. • Operate machinery following SOPs and production schedules. • Set up machines, load materials, adjust settings, and calibrate equipment before production. • Inspect output for quality and consistency, making adjustments as needed. • Follow safety protocols, report hazards, and maintain a safe work environment. • Record production output, machine settings, and activity in logs. • Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and quality control to resolve issues. • Optimize machine settings to maximize productivity and minimize downtime. • Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent. • Proven machine‑operator experience in a related industry. • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills. • Ability to operate and understand machine controls and basic computer data entry. • Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality production. • Good communication skills and teamwork orientation. • Knowledge of and strict adherence to safety procedures. • Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform manual tasks for extended periods. • Capability to handle heavy machinery and work in varied environmental conditions.
