About the Role

In the Project and Development Services team in Chennai, you will work closely with the project manager or senior project manager, taking ownership of small projects while supporting larger ones. You will lead the organisational structure for each project, ensuring streamlined reporting, communication and clear objectives, and you will attend project meetings and produce reports, analyses and reviews. You will manage professional consultants for design and documentation, handle contract administration of vendors in line with legal requirements, and identify project risks with mitigation measures. Health and safety, sustainability and a sense of urgency in problem‑solving are core to the role, and you must remain resilient under competing priorities and tight deadlines. • Engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders and see things from their perspective. • Bring a structured and organised approach to everything they do.

What You Bring

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are essential as you forecast project expenditure and manage budgets effectively. The ideal candidate holds a degree in a property‑related discipline and at least three years of experience in design, construction or project management, and is comfortable using JLL’s digital technology platforms.
