About the Role
• Assemble and install sub‑assembly components on HVAC units per specifications • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and order forms to verify parts and ensure proper assembly • Communicate with team members across the production line to maintain workflow and accuracy • Perform visual and functional quality checks on parts and completed assemblies • Move materials and finished products to designated areas using appropriate handling methods • Maintain a clean and organized work area by following housekeeping and safety practices • Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or material shortages to supervisors promptly • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards • Use hand and power tools to fasten, cut, or shape components • Install insulation, wiring, or ductwork • Operate basic machinery or assembly equipment • Complete production documentation and checklists

What You Bring
The position, Manufacturing Worker I – Unit Production Crew 1, is located in Longview, TX. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old, or possess an equivalent combination of education and experience.
