About the Role
Projects will be executed in partnership with District Operations Centers (DOCs) under the oversight of a Project Manager who handles planning, execution, monitoring, control, and job closure activities. The manager ensures tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management are aligned to meet time, budget, and quality targets. Key duties include reviewing job handoffs, conducting technical and scope assessments, and using project management tools to track milestones and deliverables. The role also coordinates internal and external meetings, manages formal communications, and oversees job closeout activities such as punch lists, warranty handling, and transition to owners. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for EESS activities on site, communicates safety program initiatives to customers, contractors, and subcontractors, and provides financial oversight through cost control, change order management, and risk mitigation. Collaboration with commercial operations, sales engineering, and technical support teams is essential to align client expectations with order commitments and timelines. • Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. • Manage scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. • Conduct initial technical, scope of work, and scheduling reviews. • Utilize project management software to track milestones and deliverables. • Coordinate internal and external project meetings and communication plans. • Handle job closeout processes, including punch lists, warranty, and handover. • Act as primary point of contact for EESS activities on site. • Communicate safety program initiatives to customers, contractors, and subcontractors. • Provide financial oversight: cost control, warranty management, change orders, and risk mitigation. • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and technical support to align client expectations with commitments. • Review project pipeline with service sales specialists, DOC managers, and regional directors. • Apply project management methodologies and basic product application knowledge. • Lead and influence teams upward and downward without formal authority. • Analyze cost‑effective solutions and interpret legal documents and technical drawings. • Drive strategic customer relationships and enable digital efficiency through data.

What You Bring
Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work in a distributed workforce and on‑site, and a solid understanding of project management methodologies and product applications. A bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and at least five years leading electrical, construction, or industrial projects are required, along with a valid unrestricted driver's license and legal authorization to work in the United States. • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills for daily stakeholder updates. • Work effectively in distributed teams and on‑site customer environments. • Hold a bachelor's degree or minimum seven years relevant experience. • Possess at least five years of experience managing electrical, construction, or industrial projects. • Maintain a valid, unrestricted driver's license. • Be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. • Proficient in industry‑standard project management and construction software.
