About the Role
The role includes conducting annual staff assistance visits of all wing, installation, and associated units, providing technical guidance to agency security managers, advising on security process countermeasure strategies, developing and delivering formal classroom training, performing annual industrial inspections of contractors handling classified information, evaluating program compliance with standards, policies, and instructions, analyzing and reporting security violations, developing metrics for trend analysis, establishing policy for personnel security program implementation, reviewing and submitting personnel security investigations, managing special information files, conducting wing program reviews of personnel security managers, and supporting contingency operations as assigned by the contract program manager. • Conduct annual staff assistance visits for wing, installation, and associated units. • Provide technical guidance to agency security managers on program implementation. • Advise on security process countermeasure strategies. • Develop and deliver formal classroom training for agency security managers. • Perform annual industrial inspections of contractors handling classified information. • Evaluate program compliance with standards, policies, and instructions. • Analyze and report security violations; develop metrics for trend analysis. • Create guidance and policy for personnel security program implementation. • Review and submit personnel security investigations and manage special information files. • Conduct wing program reviews of personnel security managers’ PSI processing. • Support contingency operations as assigned by the contract program manager. • Maintain an active Secret security clearance.

What You Bring
Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented Wing Information Security Support professional to join our team and work with the 9AF Security Forces in Jordan. Candidates must have at least two years of experience managing wing‑level information protection, security, personnel security, and industrial security programs, be proficient in Microsoft Office, hold a state driver’s license (and be able to obtain a Government driver’s license), and possess an active Secret security clearance. • Minimum two years experience managing wing‑level information protection and security programs. • Proficient with Microsoft Office. • Hold a state driver’s license and be able to obtain a Government driver’s license.
