About the Role

• Facilitate orientation, professional development, team‑building, and client partnering workshops regularly. • Coordinate and develop monthly professional development sessions with subject‑matter experts. • Collaborate with Instructional Design and stakeholders to create curricula, presentations, checklists, and handouts. • Maintain up‑to‑date program information and accurate records of all learning activities. • Assess program effectiveness through learning outcomes and satisfaction surveys, driving continuous improvement. • Organize training logistics, including materials, space setup, and catering. • Research topics and partner with companywide SMEs to design learning sessions. • Interpret and coach on leadership assessments such as StrengthsFinder, DiSC, and Hogan.
