About the Role

The role involves implementing and supporting automation systems to enhance process efficiency and product quality. The incumbent will lead system fabrication, equipment selection, and programming, while developing technical documentation and maintenance schedules. They will analyze schematics, troubleshoot issues, engage vendors, build business cases, adapt new technologies to legacy equipment, and coordinate Industry 4.0 strategy deployment. • Implement and support automation systems to boost efficiency and quality. • Lead system fabrication, equipment selection, and programming for automation. • Create technical documentation, spare-part lists, and preventative maintenance schedules. • Analyze electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics and troubleshoot operational issues. • Evaluate and select technology from vendors for industrial manufacturing processes. • Develop business cases and justify automation projects to senior management. • Integrate new technologies with legacy processes and machinery. • Coordinate Industry 4.0 strategy implementation with business leadership.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and have at least five years of manufacturing or operations experience, including three years with technical production processes. Required credentials include U.S. work authorization, Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, and experience with specifications, standards, and machine integration. Aerospace experience is a plus, and the role demands strong problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced environment. • Hold a bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and 5+ years of manufacturing/operations experience. • Possess U.S. work authorization and meet export-controlled information requirements. • Demonstrate Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification and experience with specifications, standards, and machine integration. • Ability to resolve complex issues creatively in a fast-paced environment.
