About the Role
The Document Control Administrator is responsible for managing a comprehensive document control system that supports program‑wide administrative, engineering, and operational activities. The role focuses on timely, accurate, and systematic handling of all project documentation, ensuring alignment with project and client requirements, particularly through electronic platforms such as Aconex. • Maintain and control technical documentation (specifications, IFC, shop drawings, vendor documents, calculations, revisions) in electronic and physical form. • Ensure proper use of the Electronic Document Management System (Aconex) for receiving, tracking, and distributing project documents. • Prepare and update logs/registers (Critical/Non-Critical Docs, GFC Drawings, Shop Drawings, RFIs, NCRs, CARs) for monthly progress reports. • Issue documents using approved transmittal formats to clients, consultants, site teams, and stakeholders. • Monitor incoming and outgoing correspondence, track responses, and archive communications. • Coordinate with Head Office and vendors to obtain and distribute the latest document revisions. • Support compilation and submission of final as‑built documentation according to closeout procedures. • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly site document activity reports. • Maintain the Master Document Register for each project to support progress reporting and milestone payments. • Track license registration and renewal requirements per project regulations.

What You Bring
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in document control, preferably in construction supervision or engineering design consultancy. • Proven experience with Aconex on large‑scale infrastructure, building, or industrial projects. • Relevant certifications in document control are advantageous; degree preferred but not essential.
