About the Role

The role includes coordinating decision‑making processes, overseeing project budgets and material acquisition, and tracking research program progress to ensure milestones are met. Additional duties involve preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and supporting the drafting of protocols, technical reports, and peer‑reviewed manuscripts. • Facilitate information flow between program members, principal investigators, and department heads • Provide recommendations to improve contractor labor utilization, workflow, and operational procedures • Coordinate decision‑making processes among all contract personnel • Conduct in‑house contract personnel actions and offer guidance as needed • Oversee project budgets and material acquisition for research contracts • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual program reports • Track program milestones and benchmarks to ensure timely completion • Support writing of research proposals, animal and human use protocols, technical and final reports, and peer‑reviewed manuscripts

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree with five years of relevant experience or a master’s degree with demonstrable experience.
