About the Role

• Represent the firm with clients, contractors, architects, and project team members. • Create basic designs under senior engineer direction and develop specifications, system narratives, and layouts. • Establish design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects. • Supervise preparation of reports and analysis of system options and building conditions. • Maintain interdisciplinary coordination with other trades and consultants. • Monitor all correspondence among staff, clients, contractors, and owners. • Supervise construction administration tasks such as field reports, RFI responses, bulletins, and addenda. • Conduct periodic employee evaluations. • Participate in the Business Unit Technical Leadership Committee. • Assist Technical Manager and Chief Engineer with technical training and staff mentoring.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution. • Minimum 8 years of consulting firm experience in MEP engineering (senior level). • At least 3 years of supervisory experience. • Hands‑on design experience with CAD/Revit.
