About the Role
The firm is hiring a Director of Scheduling to lead scheduling services for key data‑center client accounts. Based in Rayville, Louisiana, the role requires daily onsite presence, with occasional regional travel and possible relocation support. The Director will oversee project‑ and program‑level schedules, develop Integrated Master Schedules, mentor a team of schedulers, and act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders while driving business growth in the data‑center sector. • Lead creation and management of resource‑loaded schedules for multiple large‑scale data‑center projects. • Establish and enforce standardized scheduling best practices, processes, and tools across the program. • Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) aligning design, engineering, procurement, and construction. • Define baseline schedules, monitor performance, and create KPIs for multi‑project programs. • Conduct schedule reviews, scenario modeling, and trend analysis to inform program‑level decisions. • Integrate schedule data with cost, risk, and reporting systems such as Power BI and Tableau. • Collaborate with Project Controls, Finance, and Project Management teams to ensure schedule‑budget alignment. • Identify schedule risks and opportunities, supporting mitigation planning with senior stakeholders. • Mentor and develop a team of schedulers across sites, providing feedback and fostering a results‑driven culture. • Facilitate coordination meetings and communicate schedule updates through dashboards and executive presentations.

What You Bring
• Require a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field and 12+ years of scheduling experience on large construction projects. • Require 2+ years leading high‑performing scheduling or project controls teams, preferably in consulting. • Expert proficiency in Primavera P6, including baseline development, critical‑path analysis, and advanced reporting. • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, MEP systems, and commissioning/turnover workflows. • Proven ability to deliver schedules in fast‑paced, mission‑critical data‑center environments. • Excellent analytical, decision‑making, communication, and senior‑level stakeholder‑management skills. • Proficiency with Excel and data‑visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. • Preferred: graduate degree, PMP/PSP/CCM/EIT certification, data‑center construction experience, and business‑development acumen.
