About the Role

As an Arcus engineer you will be responsible for ensuring supermarket refrigeration systems within your area are fully maintained and operating at peak performance. You will travel to client stores, delivering diagnosis, maintenance, servicing and repair work while managing your time effectively and demonstrating a strong eagerness to learn. What You Bring

Arcus FM are looking for experienced Refrigeration Engineers to join our team, delivering services for our multi-site clients. Salary is up to £49,767 per annum, depending on experience, with overtime paid at time and a half and the potential to earn an average of £12,000 per year. Additional benefits include door‑to‑door pay, a 4% performance bonus, a company van (with optional personal use) and fuel card, as well as a smartphone, tools, uniform and PPE. Candidates must hold a full valid UK driver’s licence and have refrigeration engineering experience. The essential requirements are a valid UK driver’s licence, proven experience as a refrigeration engineer, C&G 2079/F‑GAS certification, strong communication skills, work ethic and awareness of health and safety.
