About the Role

The Process Compliance Manager will be a key member of the core team, responsible for ensuring adherence to defined organizational processes, policies and governance frameworks across multiple project locations in Bangalore. The role includes regular site visits, compliance audits, gap identification and structured reporting of compliance risks and issues to senior management to enable informed decision‑making and continuous improvement. • Implement and ensure adherence to SOPs, policies, and governance frameworks across all Bangalore project sites. • Conduct regular compliance audits, identify gaps, and report observations, root causes, and risk impacts. • Present compliance status, trends, and critical issues to senior management with recommendations. • Develop and track corrective and preventive action plans to close compliance gaps. • Collaborate with project managers and functional heads to improve process adoption and update SOPs. • Lead process awareness sessions, trainings, and workshops for project and site teams. • Promote a strong compliance and governance culture throughout the organization.

What You Bring

The position reports to the real‑estate department and requires frequent travel to project sites. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture, 8–12 years of relevant experience and strong analytical, auditing and communication skills. Certifications in Process Excellence, ISO or PMP are advantageous. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or Architecture. • 8–12 years’ experience in process compliance, audits, governance, or PMO roles. • Proven track record managing compliance across multiple project locations. • Experience presenting to senior management. • Relevant certifications (Process Excellence, Internal Audits, ISO, PMP) a plus. • Strong understanding of process governance and compliance frameworks. • Excellent auditing, analytical, risk assessment, documentation, and presentation skills. • High integrity, objectivity, and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and travel frequently to sites. • Strong interpersonal skills to influence cross‑functional teams.
