About the Role
The Director of North America Strategy reports to the Sr. Director of Strategy and Analytics Transformation and leads a team that drives the strategy‑setting process for the region. In this role you will shape and execute strategic initiatives across categories and functions, partnering directly with business leaders to inform decisions for the Segment’s Leadership Team. You will own end‑to‑end strategy development, adjust plans based on competitive insights, and provide thought leadership for problem definition, project scoping, and analytical approaches. You will also conduct large‑scale data analysis, financial modeling, and translate findings into clear recommendations. Leadership includes building and managing a high‑performing group of Associate Directors, Managers and Analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and professional growth. You will design, implement and manage change programs, and elevate strategic and analytic capabilities across the organization. • Lead end-to-end North America strategy development and adjust plans based on market and competitive insights. • Partner with business leaders to define problems, scope projects, and design analytical approaches. • Conduct financial modeling and analyze large, complex data sets to generate actionable recommendations. • Design and execute change‑management programs for strategic initiatives. • Build and mentor a high‑performing team of associate directors, managers and analysts. • Collaborate with brand and functional teams to develop analytical capabilities and support decision‑making.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate thrives in a performance‑driven environment, demonstrates executive presence, strong stakeholder influence and superior written and verbal communication. Required expertise includes change management, project management, consumer‑goods industry knowledge, and the ability to motivate and lead cross‑functional teams. An MBA from a top‑tier school and 10+ years of analytical experience—particularly in corporate strategy, management consulting or insights—are highly preferred, along with 5+ years leading high‑performance teams in a CPG or retail context. • Proven ability to steer organizational change and influence senior leadership. • Strong written and verbal communication with executive presence. • Expertise in project management, risk mitigation, and resource coordination. • Deep knowledge of the consumer packaged goods and retail industry trends. • MBA (preferred) plus 10+ years in analytical roles and 5+ years leading teams. • Experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or insights analytics within CPG or retail.

Benefits
Compensation includes a base salary range of $185,780‑$240,140 (US) or equivalent in Canada, eligibility for a target bonus, 401(k) and profit‑sharing plans, and a comprehensive benefits suite covering health, fitness, flexible spending, income protection, education assistance, relocation and flexible hybrid work.
