Traffic Control Technician

About the Role

• Perform cement work: form, pour, and finish small concrete pads; operate concrete saw, hammer drill, and jackhammer. • Communicate professionally with customers and document repairs with measurements, photos, recommendations, and quotes. • Work overtime, on‑call, and travel for overnight assignments nationwide.

What You Bring

The role requires proficiency in electrical work, including using a multimeter, handling AC/DC voltage, troubleshooting basic electrical issues, and preferably PLC experience; basic masonry skills for cement work, concrete finishing, and tool operation; and basic knowledge of hydraulic pumps and cylinders. Candidates must be mechanically inclined, able to lift 50 lb, follow OSHA requirements, present themselves well and communicate effectively with customers, detail repairs with measurements, photos, recommendations, and quotes, work overtime or on‑call as needed, and be willing to travel and work overnight shifts across the United States. A minimum of three years construction experience is required, along with basic hand tools and OSHA 10‑hour certification (or to be completed within three months, paid by the employer). • Use a multimeter to test AC/DC voltage and troubleshoot basic electrical issues; PLC experience a plus. • Apply basic knowledge of hydraulic pumps and cylinders. • Lift up to 50 lb and follow OSHA safety standards. • Minimum three years construction experience; possess basic hand tools. • Obtain OSHA 10‑hour certification within three months (employer‑paid).
