About the Role
KBR is recruiting a Logistics Analyst – Journeyman to support the PMA‑201 Precision Strike Weapons Program office at NAVAIR Headquarters in Patuxent River, MD. The role aids Foreign Military Sales (FMS) weapon cases, providing maintenance, sustainment, training, storage, and logistics documentation coordination with original equipment manufacturers in a fast‑paced team environment. • Analyze, coordinate, and implement international logistics requirements for Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements throughout the program lifecycle. • Provide technical support and material assessments while tracking corrective actions and milestone progress. • Participate in Program Management Reviews, ILS reviews, meetings, conferences, and training events to conduct ILS analysis for FMS cases. • Prepare briefing materials, meeting minutes, and administrative support; identify ILS issues and recommend solutions. • Assess government‑provided spares lists, recommend adjustments to spares range and depth, and analyze NAVAIR/NAVSUP projections for operational coverage. • Develop tailored Repair of Repairables (ROR) management plans and monitor retrograde item returns, reporting status and corrective actions. • Review and analyze foreign technical data, recommending improvements for system performance and readiness. • Coordinate facility use for international logistics meetings and workshops supporting NAVAIR enterprise efforts across programs.

What You Bring
• U.S. citizen with an active Secret or Interim Secret security clearance required. • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or six+ years related experience in FMS, logistics, program management, or acquisition analysis as a degree substitute. • Minimum three years of logistics support experience for government FMS cases, familiar with the 12 IPS elements. • Eligibility to work on‑site in Patuxent River, MD, or remotely.

Salary ranges from $83,930 to $125,840, with the final rate based on location, experience, and internal parity considerations.
