About the Role

As a Call Center Operations Specialist, you will provide analytical and operational support to Call Center Management in order to meet monthly marketing targets. You will collaborate with management to track performance and drive strategic decisions. • Create performance reports, implement standard operating procedures, and manage campaign reporting and analysis. • Provide analytical support for strategic business decisions and track key performance indicators. • Analyze reports, collaborate with partners to develop and maintain strategic performance objectives, and identify improvement areas. • Manage daily lead distribution and review processes to enhance efficiency. • Facilitate onboarding and training for new team members. • Perform assigned administrative duties and support inventory management for hotel and resort inventory. • Monitor system functionality, call flow, content, and quality assurance to identify challenges and opportunities.
