What You Bring
The company is seeking an experienced Road Mechanic for its Power & HVAC team in Anzac. This role involves preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs on equipment such as aerial work platforms, generators, pumps, and HVAC systems to minimize downtime. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with trade school training preferred. Prior experience with diesel, heavy, or specialty equipment is strongly desired, as is familiarity with Autopark or commercial transport and a Red Seal Heavy Duty certification. Required skills include advanced knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, strong troubleshooting abilities, and the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Mechanics are expected to provide their own tools and adhere to safety standards. • Adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. • Possess high school diploma/GED; trade school training and Red Seal Heavy Duty certification are assets. • Demonstrated experience with diesel, heavy, or specialty equipment and Autopark/commercial transport. • Meet physical demands: bending, squatting, lifting 50 lb+ and working indoors/outdoors.
