About the Role

The incumbent will be accountable for delivering service projects that meet commercial, technical, safety, and financial objectives. They will coordinate resources, monitor progress, and ensure projects are closed in accordance with contractual requirements while maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders. • Lead project execution in line with corporate policies and best‑practice standards. • Oversee all technical and commercial elements, including invoicing, cost control, expenses, and cash‑flow management. • Identify risks and opportunities early, document lessons learned, and implement mitigation actions. • Apply contract and claims management principles throughout the project lifecycle. • Coordinate with internal and external suppliers to procure required materials, services, and equipment. • Act as the primary customer interface, managing escalations and maintaining clear communication. • Validate project documentation such as equipment drawings, schedules, HSE records, and technical transmittals. • Ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy HSE policies and relevant regulations. • Travel locally and occasionally overseas to support project delivery. • Utilize SAP for order booking, invoicing, and related project financial processes.

What You Bring

A successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering and at least five years of experience managing service projects, preferably involving transformer services. Proficiency with SAP for order booking and invoicing, together with strong communication, an ownership mindset, and demonstrated leadership, is required. • Demonstrate strong communication skills, an ownership mindset, and proven leadership capability.
